I highly recommend Dry Works. We had a water leak behind the sink in the master bathroom. We called them and they were here the very same day. Nephi helped us claim on insurance. We were able to contact him with any questions. He brought in all equipment needed to dry out all areas affected with the water leak. He came by everyday to check on the drying process. It took 6 days to dry everything out. He was able to save our bathroom cabinet with his quick response and equipment. In our experience this company is great to work with.

I had a water leak from a pipe behind my hot water tank in my garage. Even though it was not a major flooding, I was unaware of the damage to the walls of my garage and laundry room. The Dry Works Restoration employee, Nephi Montross, came out right away and immediately started working on drying up the floor and walls. He kept me informed of the process and what was happening! He provided excellent service. He was very kind, empathetic and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone that has an unexpected emergency that requires restoration service.

We had a water leak that caused damage to our dry wall and flooring. Nephi took care of everything. He helped walk us through the insurance claim process. He was very efficient and transparent. He responded to our request to look at the damage within an hour and he got started with the water removal asap! Nephi with Dryworks Corpus Christi really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to water restoration! Our house had an AC leak and we had someone come out telling us that the entire wall was going to have to be redone and taken apart due to water damage. Nephi came in with his expertise, and told us “Nope! All it needs is a week of drying” set up his fans, and the problem was solved. Saved us a ton of money , and a whirlwind of issues by not taking out a wall.

Nephi and his team came to our rescue after storm damage to our roof. We had a great deal of water in the ceiling of our upstairs library. The ceiling was buckled in several places and had to be dried out for a few days. Nephi had all the equipment necessary for the process. He also suggested very good contractors for the roof and ceiling repair, and submitted pertinent information to our insurance.

Nephi and Fernando with Dry Works Texas dried our floors, baseboards, and walls after two recent sewage losses.

Nephi helped me file our insurance claims and immediately began the remediation process. He and Fernando handled our property with care and respect. They showed great concern for the welfare and comfort of my 100 year old mother when working on our property. They were also great with my dogs.

The Dry Works Team returned every day to check on the moisture levels in our floors and walls. When everything was sufficiently dry they removed their fans and dehumidifiers.

I had a small backup from our washing machine a few days after Dry Works had completed their work. I called Nephi to ask if he could come out to check the walls by the washing machine to determine whether they had retained water. He and Fernando came out immediately. They tested the walls for moisture and found that everything was dry. They didn’t charge me for the service call. They were genuinely concerNed for us and our property.

I highly recommend Dry Works Texas to anyone who sustains a water or sewage loss. They will come out and take care of your property with the same care they would their own property.
